My family and I worked with Ms. Jan. We had an accelerated time frame moving from North Carolina to PA and had to buy our home remotely. We were really lucky that Redfin put us in contact with Jan, she fought hard to both meet our deadline to move home and help us secure the exact home we wanted while also helping alleviate our nerves about buying remotely.
